Engineered Pipe Repair

EPR™ (Engineered Pipe Repair) is an advanced carbon fiber system that can be installed as a permanent repair solution or in emergency situations to eliminate erosion, corrosion and structural deterioration in pipes.

ERP Examples

  • Safety – Quickly stops leaks while avoiding removal and handling of replacement components
  • Economical – Repairs and structural reinforcement can be made in a matter of hours.
  • Sustainability – Reuse and extend the life of existing equipment
  • Options – With the addition of various wear materials service life can be extended 10+ years and installed at a fraction of cost for new components

At the base of EPR™ is lightweight carbon fiber thread manufactured in the USA. When designed using a wide array of specially formulated epoxy and coating options the system will provide a high strength, chemical and temperature resistant solution to meet all your repair needs. EPR™ bonds to steel, aluminum, concrete and fiberglass, withstands many acids and solvents and with the ability to operate in a 375°F environment the applications are endless!
